Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return from the time you received the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, unopened, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging . You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.
Damage and problems
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products).
👉 For dietary supplements, special rules apply for health and hygiene reasons: opened packages cannot be returned or refunded.
Only unopened packages are accepted for return.
We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems with a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Changes
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been approved, purchase the new item separately.
14-day cooling-off period in the EU
If merchandise is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, without giving any specific reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unopened and in its original packaging . You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the return, and whether or not the refund is approved. If the refund is approved, it will automatically be made to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take a while for your bank or credit card company to process your return so that it appears on your account. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at ramialbertsson@gmail.com
